About the Founder
Aster Amelia is a board-certified nutritional consultant, holistic health practitioner, and detoxification specialist with over 25 years of clinical experience and the author of The Space in the Middle, a method for families navigating estrangement. Her work is defined by a deep observation of how biochemistry, inherited dynamics, and environmental stressors converge to dictate health outcomes. Having supported tens of thousands of individuals, she developed the Root Cause Approach — identifying the root triggers of systemic decline — including landmark work connecting mold exposure to uveitis.
Her writing brings that same pattern recognition to family and to the systems we all eventually face. Her forthcoming books include Cape Con, an account of elder care, family, and a system that failed at every turn, along with a series of practical elder advocacy guides drawn from direct experience navigating hospitals, rehabs, and assisted living on behalf of a parent.
At the foundation of her health work is the Biological Advantage System, a precision-based methodology that decodes the interaction between nutritional, physical, and life patterns. By recognizing biological signals early and understanding their repetitive nature, the system provides the framework to interrupt cycles of dysfunction and establish a foundation for long-term health and longevity.
